Making chocolate chip cookies

 Yesterday I made chocolate chip cookies. They were quite dry so I'm blaming the recipe. Either way they're cookies so I'm eating them. First we put in the flour, salt and baking soda. Next we put in brown sugar, white sugar and butter. We put in some chocolate chips so they were chocolate chip cookies. we put them into balls and put them in the oven for around 10 minutes. Then once they cooled down we had some. They weren't the best but they were cookies so I'm eating them. That is how I made chocolate chip cookies.

The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.

Everyone knows the story of the three little pigs. That’s what they thought.
But what about my point of view? No one thought of my view.
That’s why I will share my story. The story of how a I became the Big Bad Wolf.
My names Alexander Wolf. Call me Wolf. So this story involves sugar and a cold. 

So my fat old grandmother that looked like a pig was going to have her birthday
and she was turning two years old.
She farts a lot and it smells worse than a garbage truck made out of garbage.
Sounds Crazy, I know. I ran out of sugar when I was making the cake.
So I decided to go to my neighbour.
He was a pig. And as most wolfs know, pigs are tasty but very rude.
Though they tast good with some rabbit and just a hour in the microwave.
Yes, we wolfs are fussy when it comes to pigs.
But as I said they are very rude.
So the first pig had a house built of bricks, but that porker wasn’t that nice. 

I went to the second one made of sticks.
I knocked on the door and said “hello, Mr Porkchop? Are you there?”
There was no reply. I had a sniff, then a snuff, and then I sneezed the house down! 

And there was a pig in a spacesuit, looking as good as ever.
I loved the space pigs.
Though they use sticks to hide their amazing spaceship house of sticks.
I guess I will have it. NOM NOM NOM! I sucked my fingers.
That was so good, but I guess this pig had no sugar. I went to the brick house. 

I rung the doorbell. “Hello, Mr Bacon? Can I have some sugar?”
He replied “Not right now, Mr Wolf. I am in the bath doing tons of farts.
So get your BIG FAT BODY OF MY PROPERTY!!!”
The pig was screaming so loud that he died. I snuck in.
I saw the fat pig, still farting. 

I didn’t want to eat the pig because it was still farting but I sneezed so the pig flew
around the house and ended up in my belly. NOM NOM NOM NOM. Slurrrrp!
Then I had small farts and then I stopped farting.
Yep, that’s good. I’m feeling better now.
I went to the super ultra space pig of the universe.
He was the best pig since he was from Htrae, the pig from a opposite universe.
His house was made out of future steel. 

But with pigs nice, wolfs are mean.
So he came to what he thought was the opposite world.
So he was being nice to pigs, but pigs were not nice to him.
So I went up and rung the doorbell. DING DONG!
The pig came out and said “hello, Alexander. What have you come here for?”
I looked at him. I was kinda hungry. So I randomly ate him.
Boy was he good. He loved to rub cooked pork on him so it was the best pig of the
day. Then the pig force leader ate me! 

It was dark and slimy. I think I was in jail. I never got my cup of sugar.
But then I sniffed and I snuffed and I sneezed!
The pig force leaders belly was sneeze-proof, fart-proof and burp-proof.
Maybe you can get me a cup of sugar? I would really like that. Then the pig farted
and smelled like my grandmothers farts. Wait, did my grandmother eat me?
No wonder it didn’t smell like pig. Oh well. The police must have hired her.
Hopefully she will eat some sugar. One cup of it exactly, that is.

Making banana and chocolate chip cake

On Wednesday I made a banana and chocolate chip cake. I was having fun making it and most importantly eating it. I mooshed all the bananas with my bare hands. I did this with my brother, Rory and my Mum. We ate everything by Friday and the cake tasted amazing. I think I would like to make this again sometime as making it is almost as fun as eating it.

Passion Project

In this task we all had to make a slideshow about something your passionate  about. Passion means something you really like. I did mine about a intergalactic war. We have spent four weeks doing it.

The Triangle Art.

We had to make triangles and colour them in to make it. Room 2 joined us and helped make the art. I made two big ones and three small one. We had to choose hot or cold colours. Hot colours were red, orange, yellow and pink and the cold colours were blue, green and purple. Here are all the triangles put together:

The Map Of Kumara.

In this task, we had to get at least four or more landmarks in Kumara. It took me a while and it was fun. Here is a image of the map or you can visit the map.

The brown mark is where the Theatre Royal Hotel is. The green mark is the Kumara Power Station. The blue mark is where Kumara School is and the yellow is where  Kumara is.

In Room 2

On Wednesday, Room 2 went to Dixon Park and had some hot chips there. It was exciting there and there was a flying fox. It wasn't really fun because it was a small one. There was this circle that everyone sat on and spun around. Everyone loved it because it was going to fling off. After that, Room 2 drove to Greymouth swimming pool. It was really amazing there. The year 3s and over could go on the deep side and year 1s and 2s stayed on the swallow end. We were underwater touching the bottom and some people were racing from side to side. When the sprinklers went off, the water dropping from the buckets were knocking everyone’s goggles off. There was also this water sprayer when it was spraying and echoed inside. Then everyone drove back to school and it wasn’t home time so everyone had a little bit more fun outside.

This happened when Room 1 went to school camp. I stayed at school instead of going to school camp. It was really fun there.

Mathletics Certificate

Getting 1000 points in Mathletics is hard. When I got my certificate, i was exhausted because it was at about 6:30 in the morning and i was tired. Even though i was tired, I was amazed that I got my certificate that early and told mum: ‘I got a certificate already.’

In this task, we had to write about one moment in time. This was a hard subject to do because you had to think in the holidays. I found that hard because I didn't do anything exciting.

This was a easy subject to do and what my class was doing was when we choose a body part from the digestive system. We partnered up and I went with John, a new student.

There is acid pits and dispensers that shoot lava at people.
If people have been scanned to go in the house, they get teleported in.
To get out, people just knock on the door.
The people that are not scaned get teleported to their house until the traps are activaded.
When they are waitting, they are stuck in a glass cage with fake acid to scare them, if people have buyed it.
It cost 9999$ to get, and it is very usful but very expenstive, so save up!

Mars Communty

Mercury!

Mercury has different features than earth. The colour of Mercury is light and dark gray and the shape of it is not a circle but it is an oval. Isn't that weird? And did people know that it has three separate layers. It's made of Iron and is also rocky and dense.





It takes Mercury a long time orbit around the sun. it takes a long time to make one orbit. It spins really slowly. Is that weird? It takes less than a year ( 88 earth days ) for it to orbit around the sun. It can orbit more than 1 time in a year.





What do people think the temperature is at


Mercury at day time and night time? Well it's colder at night time than day time at Mercury. It’s -173c at Mercury when its night time and 400c at day time on Mercury.





Mercury is the smallest and innermost planet in the solar system. Mercury's axis has the smallest of any of the Solar System's planets (about ​1⁄30 degrees). It is not the hottest but closest.





Mercury is the innermost planet in the galaxy.





Mariner 10 is the only person to go to Mercury. He went on a spacecraft to Mercury in space so he could explore Mercury for earth.
